1. Initial inquiry

Interested in working with Content by Christa? Get in touch with us via email (christa@contentbychrista.com) or the online contact form to share a few details about your interests and/or needs. 

2. Discovery

We’ll send over a discovery survey for you to fill out detailing your brand and content marketing needs. 

3. Consultation

Hop on a 30-minute free consultation via Zoom with Christa to review the discovery survey and discuss your budget and timeline. 

4. Project proposal

With your budget and service needs in mind, you’ll receive a customized project proposal for your review, questions, and/or signature.

5. Invoice

Once the proposal is signed by both parties, we’ll send you an invoice for the Project Initiation Fee via Hellosign for your electronic review and signature. 

6. Project kickoff

  • The signed project proposal is converted into a Statement of Work (SOW) that guides our work together. This provides transparency around phases, goals, deliverables, timelines, and client’s action items to keep the project moving.

  • “Week 1”— as indicated in the SOW — begins once the Project Initiation Fee is paid. We will start by sharing the SOW and other onboarding materials that provide additional details on what we need from you and how to make the most of our time together as we navigate a new digital content marketing journey.
